Ord. No. 2000-758. . .. 7.24.02 License Required Hereafter, it shall be unlawful for any person or entity to operate an amusement establishment within the city limits of the City of Osceola, Arkansas until they have first obtained a license from the city recorder/treasurer to operate such business. The License required herein shall be in addition to the privilege tax license required to operate such business.· Ord. No. 2000-758. . 7.24.03 License Application In order to obtain a license hereunder, the applicant must: a. Demonstrate that the proposed site of the amusement establishment has adequate off street parking for all expected patrons of said establishment; b. Post ''No Loitering" signs in the parking lot of said establishment and the applicant must agree in writing to keep the parking lot of said establishment free from loiterers; |
