RESIDENTIAL RATE SCHEDULE:

AVAILABILITY

At any point on Company's existing secondary distribution lines within the territory allocated by the Arkansas Public Service Commission.

APPLICATION

To all electric service supplied to single and multi-family dwelling units, for which no specific schedule is provided, supplied at one point of delivery and measured through one kilowatt-hour meter. Applicable to temporary and to standby and supplementary service only in conjunction with applicable rider for such service. Not applicable to resale or shared service.

CHARACTER OF SERVICE

Single or three phase, 60 cycles and at one standard voltage required by customer and available at customer's service location.

NET MONTHLY RATE

Customer charge:        $9.95

AIIKwh:                        $0.0975 per Kwh

MINIMUM

Customer charge for one month.

COST ADJUSTMENTS

The above energy charge may be increased or decreased from time to time to reflect (to the nearest one thousandth .001 mills per Kwh) significant changes in the utility's revenue requirements (e.g, cost of purchased power, maintenance and operating cost related to the ownership interest in generating units and transmission and distribution maintenance and operating costs), as shown in the Cost Adjustment Rider.

AVAILABILITY

Single or three phase, 60 cycles and at one standard voltage required by customer and available at customer's service location.

NET MONTHLY RATE

Customer charge:       $ 9.95

AIIKwh:                       $0.0875 per Kwh

MINIMUM

Customer charge for one month.

Energy charge            $0.12630 per Kwh      First 50,000 Kwh

                                    $0.11600 per Kwh      All over 50,000 Kwh

Customer charge for one month.

At any point on Company's existing secondary distribution lines within the territory allocated by the Arkansas Public Service Commission.

APPLICATION

To all electric service required by customer on the premises, when supplied at one point of delivery and measured through one kilowatt-hour meter. Applicable to standby or supplementary service, interruptible service and seasonal service only, in conjunction with the applicable rider for such service.Not applicable to temporary, breakdown, resale or shared service.

CHARACTER Of SERVICE

Single or three phase, 60 cycles and at one standard voltage required by customer and available at customer's service location.

NET MONTHLY RATE

Industrial (over 1000 Kw)

Demand charge                                  (NOTE: The Load Minimum is 100% of maximum during the previous 12 months.)
                                    $2.00 per Kw

Energy charge            $0.09905 per Kwh      First 500,000 kwh

$0.08304 per Kwh      All over 500,000 kwh

LOAD

The kW as shown by or computed from readings of Company's demand meter, for the 15 minute period of customer's greatest use during the month, but not less than 1000 Kw.

Load measurement may be made by a Kva meter or equivalent in which event one Kva as registered will be considered as 0.95 Kw.
