Sealed bids will be received at the Osceola City Hall, located at 303 W. Hale Ave., until 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 13, 2023. At that time, all bids will be opened and read aloud. The City of Osceola, Arkansas reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount or to reject any or all bids and waive formalities what-so-ever.
