The City of Osceola will receive sealed bids for overlay and/or repair of a section of Highway 119, otherwise known as Ermen Lane, measuring approximately 2,677 feet in length by 28 feet in width.

Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Mayor, located at 303 W. Hale Ave., until 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 11, 2020. At that time, all bids will be opened and read aloud. The City of Osceola, Arkansas reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount or to reject any or all bids and waive formalities what-so-ever.
