The eastern part of the Osceola Justice Building houses Osceola District Court. Court is held Monday Through Wednesday. The Honorable Catherine Dean is the presiding District Judge. District court deals primarily with misdemeanor offenses, including criminal violations and traffic offenses. There is also a small claims division which deals with civil cases not exceeding $5000.00.
